Did you know that the GroWinApp website grew out of the most common worries parents have about their school-age children?
Núria González Bennasar gathered these worries as part of her undergraduate psychology dissertation, contacting schools and parents' associations and eventually gaining the participation of 282 parents. The results laid the foundations for the content of the website that all of you, as participants in the project, can enjoy today.
Last Tuesday her work was awarded the special mention for social projects of the Iemprèn programme. The Iemprèn Chair is a collaboration between the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and the Balearic Islands Regional Development Agency (ADRBalears), with the support of the University-Business Foundation of the Balearic Islands (FUEIB), and its main aim is to foster an entrepreneurial culture in the UIB community.
